Returns & Pattern Support
- Digital Product: All digital products and patterns are non-refundable. For any questions, comments or clarifications about any Stitches & Woes patterns, please feel free to Contact Us any time.
If you want to modify one of our patterns, we think that’s great! We want nothing more than for you to make our patterns your own. However, once modifications are made to a pattern, we may be unable to provide support.
- Returns: Only yarn and crocheted items are accepted for returns. Please note that product must be in it’s original condition with receipt and will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Sale and clearance items are final sale. There are no exceptions.
We do not refund shipping costs. The exception of course is if we effed up your order.
Products must be returned with original delivery receipt and in the same condition it was sent.
Information to include with your return: name, address, phone number and email.
- Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required on all crocheted and hand-dyed yarn. Deposits are not refundable. We can make any colored yarn, as long as it is in a colorway we currently carry. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Any store sales do not apply to custom orders. Once your order is completed, the remaining balance will be due before the product is delivered.
- Workshops: A lot of planning goes into workshops and events. Because of this, and Stitches & Woes event must be paid in full at the time of registration. We know that things happen, and will consider 75% refunds if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event. If Stitches & Woes cancels the event, a full refund will be issued. All materials needed for events, unless otherwise noted, will be provided by your hostesses.
Coupons & Store Credit
If you are using a coupon or are entitled to a class discount, you must present your coupon or input the promotional code prior to checkout in person or online. Sorry we can not apply discounts after your transaction has been completed.
When Devon & Micha receive your returned merchandise, one of the will issue you a store credit within 10-14 business days. You will be notified via email that this transaction has taken place. We do not refund shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
Payment, Tax & Shipping
We use the industry standard for credit card payments: PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Tax and shipping are based on the state and/or country you are living in. All products made and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
If you would rather not use your credit card online, we do pop-up shops at local festivals and farmers markets and hope to be setup with retailers very soon. Sign up for our email updates to stay up-t0-date on where you can meet Devon & Micha and purchase your products in person.
WE WILL NEVER SPAM, SELL YOUR INFORMATION, OR GENERALLY BE DOUCHE BAGS. Everyone hates annoying emails. We’d love it if you’d join our mailing list, but it is not required. If you do subscribe, you can unsubscribe at any time via a link in your email. Or, Email Us and we’ll sort you out.
Patterns are for the personal use of the purchaser only. This means that you cannot forward the PDF to your grandmother, BFF, co-worker, etc. Feel free to share with your spouse however. We appreciate you being respectful of our business and not being a jerk about this.
